The Mental Health Evolution
Hosted by Rachel Harrison
The mental health field is changing quickly, and the conversations that shape it deserve to be out in the open. Rachel talks with clinicians, tech founders, investors, insurance leaders, and policy voices about what is actually working, what is not, and what is coming next.
Every episode sits at the intersection of clinical practice, business reality, and policy. If any of those worlds touches yours, the show is for you.

About the show
Rachel Harrison, LCPC
Founder of TSTI and host of The Mental Health Evolution
Rachel started the podcast because the conversations she wanted to be in were not happening anywhere she could listen. Three years and dozens of guests later, the show has become a way to put those conversations on the record.
Every episode is shaped by her clinical background in trauma treatment and her work running both a group practice and a training institute. That is why the conversations pull from clinical, business, and policy at the same time. These are the three forces that actually move mental health care, and any episode that ignores one of them misses the point.
